Clicking on the "add blocks" link takes you to the page shown above. Here you can select:

Zoints Blocks: these are various blocks that Zoints has created for your use.

RSS Feed Blocks: RSS feeds allow you to import content or news from other sites you enjoy. Content from ANY site that has RSS enabled can be added to your Zoints profile.

Your Custom Blocks: If you previously created custom blocks (as mentioned below) then they are added here.

Create New Block: If you feel like creating a new block, this is where you go.
